I live in Italy where the assumption is that because I cook all the time it is for passion. I have come to understand that they mean all consuming enjoyment which then equates to being professional. I tell the truth all the time bc I made a promise to myself to never tell a lie again no matter what even if it's a "white" lie. I made that promise to myself 20 years ago. People do not like it. It took me a long time to decide I didn't care about their comfortability when it's against my integrity. The truth is more important then how it makes me feel, and therefore more important then how it makes anyone feel. But ya, it's true, people do not like it.

So much missing here that we don't know... 1) Would the improvement potentially increase revenue or reduce cost by X factor? 2) By freeing up potentially 208 hours of manual input per year, could their time be spent on something else that reduces cost / increases revenue? 3) You could very well automate to the point where you reduce the number of staff thus adding more revenue to your bottom line.
